Chris built his career from a simple realization: strength training didn’t just eliminate his own chronic injuries, it unlocked levels of performance he hadn’t thought possible. That experience shaped a clinical philosophy that goes beyond symptom management, treating each client as an athlete with a body worth fully understanding.

After completing a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at UBC, where he worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Student Strength Coach, Chris pursued a Master’s of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2019. He’s since developed a broad clinical toolkit that addresses what exercise alone often can’t: the nervous system’s role in pain, movement, and performance.

Chris draws on modalities including Be Activated, RAPID Myofascial Reset, Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS), and Loaded Manual Therapy to work with the deeper patterns that keep people stuck. Whether you’re managing persistent pain, recovering from injury, or aiming to break a performance plateau, his aim is to leave you with clarity about what’s happening in your body and the tools to stay ahead of it.

Outside the clinic, Chris is an avid jiu jitsu practitioner and snowboarder, and creates through woodworking and painting.
