I am located at 3231 No. 6 Road - Unit 105, above The Bar Strength and Conditioning Gym, in Diep Therapy.


Please note that there is a double flight of stairs leading up to the clinic, with no elevator or flat ground access. If your injury or condition makes stairs difficult or untenable, please contact me directly to see if we can find appropriate accommodations.

As your treatment will include movement assessment, exercise, and manual therapy, please arrive with appropriate athletic attire - a t-shirt and shorts or loose pants or leggings are great. There is a washroom/change room available if you need to change when you arrive.


Please be aware, I have a cancellation policy for late cancellations [within 12 hours of appointment time] or No-Shows. 50% of Appointment Fee will be charged if notice is provided - 100% of the appointment fee will be charged if no notice is given. Exceptions are provided for family emergencies and illness, but notice is still required.

Upcoming Fee Increase - As of Jan 1st, 2026, my fees will be increasing: 60 minutes - $185 / 45 minutes - $145 / 30 minutes - $105. “Born with a brain that wanted to move, explore, learn, and push limits, I soon found I was stuck inside a body that couldn’t quite keep up. With each new sport or physical challenge came a new pain or injury, seemingly without reason. Firmly believing that all puzzles can be solved, I found my answers in the gym. Not only did strategic exercise eliminate my pain and help me return to the sports I love, it helped me unlock even higher levels of performance. Now equipped with a body that could finally keep up with my brain, I was able to return to doing the things I love - strength training, music, snowboarding, and outdoor exploration.

I realized that there could be no better career than helping others achieve the same physical freedom, so I attended the University of British Columbia with the goal of becoming a Strength & Performance Specialist, and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.

During my studies, I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Bodyworks UBC and as a Student Strength Coach in the Varsity Gym. It was during this time that I became frustrated, finding that even with effective exercise, there were cases of persistent pain that prevented my clients from participating in their favorite sports and activities, and limited their potential. Realizing that there were more pieces to the pain and performance puzzle, I changed my course, and earned my Master’s of Physiotherapy from UBC, graduating in 2019.

Along the way, I kept a sharp eye out for any and every piece of information that might be useful, and broadened my understanding of the mind and body by drawing on everything from art and mythology to industry-leading research on the flow state and its interaction with pain, performance, and mental health. Now fully equipped with an extensive exercise background and an ever-deepening holistic understanding of the Human Machine, I have begun work as Peak Performance Physiotherapist. My goal is to share what I’ve learned and experienced with my clients, serving as a guide on their rehabilitation and performance journeys, and empowering them with the tools they need to take direct control of their health and performance.

I treat with a combination of manual therapy and strategic therapeutic exercise. My treatments are designed to help my clients reconnect to their bodies by removing pain and functional barriers, so that they can discover their flow and open the door to new levels of health, performance, and a deeper enjoyment of life.

When I’m not helping people return to their favorite activities, I enjoy finding my own moments of flow through testing my athletic limits through snowboarding and strength training, and exploring multiple creative outlets - including writing, woodworking, painting, and playing bass.”
